WHAT ARE THE AIRCRAFT IN THE SKY THAT LOOK LIKE SKYWRITERS BUT DON’T WRITE ANYTHING?

As we expostulate easterly upon a main road in Oklahoma we notice aircraft which fly vertically. And we meant Vertically. Straight up. They additionally go easterly to west. West to east. Every direction. They demeanour as yet they have been skywriters though do nothing. A prolonged tide of fume follows this small dot (aircraft). What in a universe is that?
Also, there competence be 5 or 6 during a time (in a sky) drifting in opposite directions.
By a way, we know they have been aircraft – It seems peculiar to see them drifting in a demeanour which they fly as well as with so most in a sky during a single time. we used to date a commander as well as we additionally worked during a aircraft upkeep facility.
It only looks so peculiar pushing down a highway. we only consternation what role they serve.

Thanks to everyone who have replied for a role of educating me.

There are some airbases in Oklahoma and Nebraska. It sounds to me like there are training procedures for airforce pilots. Especially when you said that there were multiple planes.

There could be a flight school nearby and the planes that you see are Cessna (sp) planes that are single engined. They are popular for learners that are trying to get their pilots license….

They don’t write anything because that is not their job!!! They are simply flying to their destinations.
The lines you see are called contrails. This is the result of the jet’s water exhaust freezing in the cold upper atmosphere. Water make up a good portion of any combustion process that involves hydro-carbons including jet fuel.

What you have described is an aircraft that is performing aerobatics, like you would see at an airshow.

What you are describing sounds like agricultural planes. Are they yellow? They are probably spraying pesticides on crops.

It sounds like you are talking about a jet. It could be an airliner, or a military jet. At high altitudes, the exhaust from the engine forms a contrail, the white lines you are seeing in the sky.
